I have been training with Jim for the last 11 months. Since I have been training with him, I see a huge difference in my physique! By individually focusing on each body part, I looked tighter, leaner and more toned. Working with Jim is more than just some bodybuilder telling you to do this or lift that; Jim helps you understand the physiology behind each movement and exercise. I know most women are glued to the treadmill and terrified to lift weights. As a result, they simply drop a few pounds and never achieve the toned look that they truly desire. I am here to tell you I haven't been on the treadmill in a year, and have more muscle mass and less body fat then when I was doing cardio and very light weight training. I am currently training for my first figure competition and have the utmost confidence that Jim will take me to a level I never thought I could achieve!
